To reset a test attempt for a student on Blackboard Learn you're going to want to be in the Grade Center of your course. Then you'll navigate to the quiz or test that that needs to be reset and the student who needs that quiz or test reset. In this demo course I'll select for my Module 3 quiz, teststudent2. Let's say that the test score of twenty-two, this quiz needs to be reset for my student. When I hover my mouse over this cell in the Grade Center I get the ActionLink menu, this drop-down, chevron button here. When I click it I get a list of menu options here. I'm going to select View Grade Details. On the View Grade Detail screen I have three buttons on the right of my screen. I can view the attempt, I can clear the attempt, or I can edit the grade. Click the middle button that says Clear Attempt. I get a confirmation message asking if I'm sure that I want to clear this attempt, and I'm going to click the OK button. Upon doing so I get a green success message that the attempt was cleared successfully. I can scroll down to the bottom of the screen to return to the Grade Center. where I see that my Module 3 quiz has been reset for that student.
