This video demonstrates how I crack or adjust someone's neck to relieve tension and stiffness that can cause headaches and sore muscles. Brenda is the patient of the week here with the sore neck that I try and fix. I don’t really know if I helped her issue or made it worse but regardless we had fun and Brenda is still alive to see another day. She’ll be back for more, Trust Me! 😏
