You can create screen captures and short narrated videosAnd comment on your homework or submit questions for discussion to your Instructor.You can share the capture instantly via e-mail, web, or your blog. 2 Install Jing and set up Screencast.com Download and install Jing from http://www.techsmith.com/jing/Double click the installer and proceed as directed.Near the end of the process you are prompted to sign up for Screencast.comScreencast is a hosting service from Techsmith2 GB of storage and 2 GB of bandwith per month for free 3 Take a Capture Click capture, other parts of the screen will go darkerClick & drag to select a portion of your screenLet go when you have the area you wantClick the image button, image appears in windowUse the image tools to annotate your capturedate/time stamp is the default file name-change this if desiredChoose one of the output buttons to save the capture 4 Record a video Click the video buttonMake sure your microphone is connected (unmute it)A 3 second countdown will appear before the screen is recorded.
