This session provides an overview of situations when hospitalized pediatric patients may need to be evacuated, explains the role of hospital staff in evacuating pediatric patients, reviews various methods and routesfor evacuating, and discusses special considerations when evacuating children. Pediatric appropriate evacuation equipment is also highlighted.
