Continuing on with Ha'azinu from Moses, God explains that if the nation attacking Israel was wise, it would realize it was only succeeding because God let it. In the end however, God will rescue Israel and render vengeance. Nations don't hate Israel, they hate God so they commit atrocities against Israel. Chap 33 is the blessing Moses spoke over the people. He speaks about how God met them at Sinai and gave them an inheritance, which is for the "community" of Jacob, hinting that the peoples include more than just Israel, but also people from the nations.
