grade
reading
level
as
determined

C-Print
involves
you,
the
student,
and
a
trained
CEA
Captionist
who
captions
your
class.
It
is
somewhat
similar
to
closed
captioning
on
TV.
The
Captionist
will
type
the
class
lecture
on
their
laptop,
which
you
can
see
on
your
own
laptop
via
wireless
connection.
You
will
not
have
access
to
the
laptop
outside
the
classroom.

than
this
to
study
for
a

Please
note
that
the
transcript,
while
comprehensive,
is
not
word-for-word.
The
Captionist
will
record
most
of
what
is
said
but
summarizes
when
necessary
to
capture
the
most
important
information.
The
transcript
will
provide
essential,
detailed
information
so
you
can
follow
the
lecture
and
study
for
tests.
Please
be
aware
that
your
Instructor
may
opt
to
withhold
your
notes
if
you
are
absent
from
class.
