Good nutrition is critical for everyone, but the importance increases as we age. Molly Carpenter outlines several steps you can take to help your older adult clients develop better nutrition and eating habits, from helping them shop for groceries and select foods that are high in nutrition and important vitamins, minerals and fiber, to ways to prepare foods that not only are good for them but taste good too. PLEASE NOTE: CEUs are no longer available for this session.
