Health and long-term services and supports systems are changing quickly, as are the roles of community-based organizations in those systems. Attend this web seminar to hear from the Administration on Community Living (ACL) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) about new efforts to integrate care for people with Medicare and Medicaid, and how aging and disability organizations can participate.
