Title: Displaying Similar Emails in PCAT	Description: In this example, the data threshold was set at the rate of 95% dissimilar, rendering 94,000 new polar bear comments into 7,922 viewable items. At this setting on "the dial" the analyst reviews only 8.4 % of the total comment submissions. If the dial is set to 100%, the analyst reviews 12,040 comments, or just under 13% of the stack.
