Using Hot Transfer

You can use One Call Now to send automated phone calls to customers, parents, employees, or anyone else in your group, and when one of those people answers the phone, you can give them the option to transfer back to talk to someone in your organization!  Companies can send past due notices to customers and allow them to transfer to an operator to pay their bill, or schools can notify parents a student is absent and the parent can be transferred directly back to the attendance office.
