Synopsis:
Jim and Teresa give an in-depth look at how the content publishing team working on Windows phones (and to a lesser extent, Windows Embedded) approach writing throughout the product lifecycle of a Windows Moble operating system designed for mobile phones. Jim presents his point of view as a programming writer while Teresa focuses on her team's approach for customer-facing documentation. The main points covered in this talk apply to all technical communicators who write not just for mobile phones but for any handheld device.
