- How do I add additional supporting files?
Mouse-over and click View to open your content.
In the Attachments tab, click Upload Attachments.
Click Browse to locate a file.
After your file has uploaded, click Close to return to the View page.
- How can I customize what viewers see?
Mouse-over a folder or playlist and click Edit.
Choose either Viewers see content only or Viewers see content, details, and attachments. If you are showing details, you can also edit those details, including title, description and creator.
- How do I share this content?
Depending on your privacy settings you can share a link with viewers, embed a link on your webpage or blog or send viewers an email with a link to the content.
- Why does my video pause during playback?
As video downloads, it buffers before playback. When enough video has downloaded, it begins to play. If your video stutters or stops during play, this may be because your video is not downloading as fast as it is playing.
In order to ensure that your video plays properly, produce your videos in a web friendly format (such as H.264 encoded FLV). Keep in mind that your viewers need to download your media faster than that media plays back.
