I can't hear the audio. My speakers were turned all the way up, but I could barely hear.

I have duplicate grandparents for two separate people. It will not let me delete two people and add the right two people. I use the handprint boxes, and right click on delete, enter the info and press save, but it still goes back to the previous information.
