I hve found it very difficult in finding instructions on how to get from the tabs after singining on and getting to starfiles or hand print, or getting to export. any help you give me in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

It looks good but the volume is so low i couldn't hear it & my volume control was at maximum.

No sound??? Didn't learn a darn thing, sound started then quit, only got about four words?
