I'm a children's leader at Bible Study Felllowship on Monday evenings, and am looking toward becoming a Men's Leader for our new Celebrate Recovery group at church this summer. Unfortunately, and I learned this while being a Big Brother at Big Brothers Big Sisters, men don't volunteer in the same numbers as women do. Men need to be more visible and less critical, more engaged versus disengaged. We too often claim we don't have the time, when truthfully, we don't prioritize correctly.
