What do you do when the program will not import the tab-delimited file?

Thank you for inquiring. There are 2 options for you.

1. Learn and do it yourself.
There are tutorial movies about importing tab-delimited text files from the following link.
http://www.subio.jp/movie/
If you send the data file, we’ll be able to inform you what movie to watch.

2. Ask helpdesk to create SSA file.
We provide “initiation service” for those who don’t know how to import and analyze data. We create an SSA file which you can easily import just by drag&drop.
It costs 20,000 JPY (about 200 USD).　For more information about the initiation service, please visit http://www.subio.jp/products/basicplugin
