The founding fathers stsed that a mans home is his casle and nothing can come against it. That is why land use to be under alodial titles and land patinets. About 2005 I advertized in the newspaper that I was going to be removing myself from the County tax roles and doing a assignee's update of Land patient and updating my property back into land patints and that if anybody had a objection to what I was going to do, they had 30 days to protest it. I further sent a 30 day notice to the County Tresure, and County Commissioners. With no response I recorded it at with the County Recorders office. This really upset them when I showed up at a County Commissioners meeting and ask them if they had removed me my property from the Tax Roles. They said that my filing ment nothing. They checked with the County attorney, who did not know what to do, who then checked with the County Judge that said he gave you amble notice. It's a done deal. Just what do you expect me to do about it now. Big Mike
