Subscribe to an iTunes Feed

You can enter an iTunes feed directly into the Podcast section of your iTunes library. Each time new content is added to the folder or playlist, the podcast is updated.

Note: You must have the iTunes application installed on your computer in order to subscribe to a folder or playlist.

If the content owner has included an iTunes feed for you to subscribe to, it is found at the top of of a folder or playlist's view page.


To subscribe:

  1. Click the iTunes icon. The RSS Subscription page appears.
  2. Within the URL field at the top of the browser window, copy the entire URL (it should end in itunes).
  3. Open the iTunes application.
  4. From the menu bar, choose Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast. The Subscribe to Podcast dialog box appears.
  5. Paste the URL into the field provided.
  6. Click OK.
  7. The podcast is added to your library.
  8. Click the Get All button to download all of the content into your podcast library.
