You will see the RSS Feed button on the view page when you access content that you can subscribe to.
Note: You need an RSS reader in order to subscribe to a folder or playlist. Readers include Outlook 2007, Google Reader, Yahoo, and many more.
Method #1: Paste an RSS URL into the Reader (For use with most browsers and readers)
If the content owner has included an RSS feed for you to subscribe to, it is found at the top of of a folder or playlist's view page.
To subscribe:
Click the RSSFeed button. The RSS Subscription page appears.
Within the URL field at the top of the browser window, copy the entire URL (it should end in RSS).
Paste the URL into the field provided by the reader.
You may see a confirmation dialog box. Choose Yes or OK to subscribe.
The content currently available in the folder or playlist is uploaded to your reader. When new content is added to the subscribed folder or playlist, you receive an update in your RSS reader.
Method #2: Choose a Reader from a Dropdown Menu (For use with Firefox and some browsers or readers)
To subscribe:
Click theRSSFeed button. The RSS Subscription page appears.
From the dropdown menu, choose the RSS reader you will use for this feed.
Click the Subscribe Now button.
You may be asked to confirm your subscription.Choose Yes or OK to subscribe.
Once you have confirmed, the content that is currently available will be uploaded to your reader. When new content is added to the subscribed folder or playlist, you receive an update in your RSS reader.
